Jubilee +

There are lots of places I’d rather spend a Saturday than Milton Keynes, I’m rather looking forward to meeting with countless others (though I suspect someone has counted) to hear Martin Charlesworth, Gavin Poole, Angela Kemm and Peter Lyndon remind us and inspire us to care about our social responsibility.

This is a big issue for us, and one that requires us to think deeply and act sensibly.  I hope that I will meet many of you there?

It’s not too late to sign up…

Dan Partridge argues that you can’t have human rights without God

Theology

NewFrontiers Theology Forum have responded to the Rob Bell debate and Phil Whittal has a 2nd ‘final’ summary over on his blog, while Marcus Tutt urges us to think of a second death

Dave Capener is looking for 2nd Generation Evangelical Christians to help him answer some questions

The Resurgence (not a Newfrontiers blog) is kicking off a 3 month series on Biblical Theology which I anticipate will be well worth a look.

Redeemer: Live Worship from Grace Church Chichester

Grace Church Chichester have released their first album with worship led by Cathy Burton, Jo Petch and Martin Copper.

The Blurb says, "Featuring songwriters and worship leaders from within the Newfrontiers movement – such as Cathy Burton, Jo Petch and Martin Copper – ‘Redeemer’ matches great lyrical content with an incredible sound. Credit for that is largely due to the talents of producer Paul Burton (Delirious, Athlete, Snow Patrol, Soul Survivor Live) who has managed to deliver an album that sounds as though it has come straight from the studio, yet retains all the intimacy and
urgency of those seemingly endless worship soakings."

Newfrontiers Bloggers reaches Australia

Obviously through the power of the internet it's been there for a while. But now we have our first Aussie Newfrontiers blogger. So as an international family of bloggers please go and visit Tim Barrett's very cool looking blog and make him feel welcome.

New Church Planting Website

Newfrontiers have launched a new website to encourage the development of church planting. It looks good and has some good stuff on it. You can do two things to support it -1) Head over there and take a good look around. 2) Make it known, share it on your blog and get others to prayerfully think about church planting

Connect

We've had the following request for help:

"Connect Enews is a regular e-newsletter that shares news from around the UK in between paper editions of Connect. These often focus on more local events and healings, and aims to encourage us as a family of churches.

We currently have about 2500 subscriptions, but would love to see that go up to 5000, which is where we think you bloggers can help! We have a web banner that can be easily used on a blog or webpage - the link to the image is http://nf1.2xstreamhosting.com/%7Enewfrontiers/connect/Connect-e.news-static-web-a.jpg. We'd like this image to link straight to the subscription page - http://newfrontiers.worldreach.biz/member/subscribe.html.

Please consider endorsing Connect E•news on your blog!"
